25.01.2022 Yay! We're coming to the end of the year and the festive season begins. We're going to tackle storm tomorrow girls so looking forward to seeing you at 6.00am! Next Tuesday will be the last one for a couple of weeks while we enjoy friends and family. So come on down and finish off the year with a bang! 6.00am at 21 Panoramic Close.

15.01.2022 Wow 2 new workouts in the one week, we are getting spoilt! I just wanted to let you all know that I am still running workouts Tuesday and Thursday morning at 6.00am on my front lawn. This is limited to 5 people so be quick to secure your spot. Message me is you'd like to join us to keep your fitness up. Anyone can do it and it only lasts 30mins. I would also be open to doing 2 sessions a week at 9.30am if there's interest so please let me know. Keep smiling and stay safe!

We're giving the new Metafit Fam a go tomorrow, its s shorter one, 20mins and the exercises are easy to get the hang of, so come give it a crack. $10/workout done and dusted within half an hour. 6.00am 21 Panoramic Close, Quindalup Let me know if you're coming, I have a big lawn so lots of social distancing.
