16.01.2022 What does one make with home grown eggplant and home grown and made tomato basil pasata? Steamed eggplant & ricotta lasagne of course! Instead of pasta, use rice paper rounds. 05.01.2022 What to do with too much fresh basil? Fresh basil pesto of course!
03.01.2022 Twists on 2 recipes. Roast capsicum and eggplant dip with GF DF crackers, and Rainbow risotto. The purple carrot used created the lovely colour along with orange carrot and zucchini, with shredded fresh basil and parmesan.

01.01.2022 Got some red capsicums? Roast them, add some pecans, pine nuts, a little fresh chilli, some bread crumbs and seasoning and you get Humamara - Roasted Capsicum dip. Verdict? Not the last time it will be made!!
