08.01.2022 It doesn’t matter which Government is handing out the big bucks, the real needs of the remote regions miss out the every time!!! More railways highways and bywa...ys for the city’s while lives remain at risk, food, fuel, medical needs and just everyday transport needs remain ignored by the big spenders. Every year the Shire has to scrimp and save and beg State and Federal Government for emergency funding to rebuild the Camballin/ Looma / Myroodah and Nerrima Road instead of common sense prevailing and funding provided to finally construct a proper sealed road so that no more needs to be wasted each year and the Shire can save those wasted dollars to spend on other needy roads for communities! And they wonder why people in the bush are bloody frustrated!!! See more
