24.01.2022 WestCycle is seeking your input to develop the strategic plan for all forms of bike riding for the next decade. The current strategic framework for cycling - "O...ur Bike Path" (available on our website) is due for renewal this year and we want to hear your views. We are seeking input from all segments of the riding community from Mums and Dads who ride with the kids to the park, commuters, river loop and trail riders, BMXers and all the way through to our competitive and elite athletes. Your participation is critical to ensure that the new strategy reflects the needs of the riding community. 20.01.2022 Restructured Opening and Hire Condition Details from May 2020. You can still hire canoes, rafts, mountain bikes 7 days a week. You can still do all of our self-guided tours 7 day a week. Monday to Friday opening hours 9am to 4pm.... Hires and services are by pre booking and appointment only. There is no unbooked yard service, (customers that just turn up). Our yard will be closed. Bookings can be made via our contact page on our website www.dwellingupadventures.com.au or email [email protected] or our Facebook page. Our answer machine on 95381127 gets checked regularly but not daily. Our mobile 0428956279 is not always in reception but you can leave a message. Staff will arrange to meet customers at our hire yard at the goods pick up time. If a booked and appointed service does not turn up within hour of booked time staff may return home and the booking may not be able to proceed. Please call 95381127 or 0428956279 before the hour expires and we will remain longer if you are running late. Our normal hire rates and hire conditions remain unchanged. Staff will arrange to be on site for the goods return to the yard. Goods must be returned at the time indicated on the hire form. Equipment hire times may be spaced at hour intervals to comply with customer numbers control at our hire yard and social distancing. Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays opening hours 9am to 4pm. Pre booking and appointment with above details/conditions are preferred. We will however offer an on demand but not guaranteed service for unbooked equipment yard service (customers that just turn up). Contact details for this service will be displayed on our yard entry gate. Coronavirus Response There will be some movement control of customers while in the yard. For groups or persons not actively engaged in the hire process we prefer you remain in vehicle or outside of the yard. Covid safe hygiene precautions will be in place with sanitising of PPE after hires, sanitising washes available and sanitising of merchant machines and stationery. We prefer payment by EFTPOS but will still have cash payment facilities. 18.01.2022 Trail Assistants wanted for remedial work and Trail Building on the Murray Valley Trails. Approx 2-4 weeks work for the right person. Being a Mountain Biker with Trail Building experience or a good eye for shapes is an advantage. Be warned, it is a solid days work. No cry-babies!

Were not taking entries until we have mo...re insight into the easing of restrictions on mass gatherings. But rest assured were doing all we can to put strategies in place that give us the best chance to run this event AND keep you all safe! So get on your bike, get out in the fresh air, run those trails and start dreaming of September. Cant wait to see you all there!
