Reliving my childhood as I walked through the bamboo forest near my home and harvested some of the leaves for cooking, it make me feel very nostalgic. . This dessert I made is called Jaje Lukis one of the dish that we will be making at this Sunday’s Vegan Cooking class.... . Jaje Lukis is one of my favourite market sweet. Like many other traditional sweets, it’s favouritism quickly getting replaced by the love of modern desserts. But hey, who would say no to donuts, chocolate cakes etc. .
