14.01.2022 TOTAL TRANSFORMATION: Weve just downed tools on Stage 1 of transforming this beachside beauty and its over to the owners to decorate before we get back in for Stages 2 and 3. The scope of work was epic for this stage with an internal gut and reconfigure downstairs, a new back deck/new gutters/new downstairs bathroom/new plumbing and electrics throughout/the list goes on..... and the icing on the cake was wrapping it all in render and lighter, brighter colours to make this h...ouse better suit its beachside setting.
