Remember the 20-20-20 rule 20 minutes - Every 20 minutes give your eyes a break, look away from your screen and blink to moisten your eye surface. 20 feet - (that’s about 6 metres) - look out into the distance - relax your eyes after so much concentration - might as well stand up and have a stretch as well 20 blinks - blinking is essential to spread nature’s own lubricants across the eye surface and provide it with the nutrients needed to repair and restore the surface.
