05.01.2022 I am so lucky to work at Spartans gym Kilsyth. I get to teach my Aerobic classes, work with the Senior members of society, teach line dancing, Walking stick rou...tines, Ballet, teach posing to athletes preparing to compete, choreograph routines, and now , this coming Sunday I will be running my Stiletto Strut class, yes exercising in high heels!! To music of course. And.... the class is FREE ! Only $5 casual entry to spartans gym. And... wait , there’s more...The team from DXA Health will be here offering FREE !
