25.01.2022 We had a great day at Culcairn Show yesterday. We took Garnet Serenade and Glenormiston Aiofe this year. We also met up with Dylanglen Honey Rose and Dylanglen Delilah. Congrats to Boonahburra Grace O’Mailey for winning champion pure bred Connemara. Garnet Serenade won reserve champion pure bred. Also congrats to Dylanglen Delilah for winning champion part-bred Connemara at her first show and to Dylanglen Honey Rose for winning reserve champion part bred. Then Allira and Glenormiston Aiofe won reserve champion in the ridden! Congrats to Shae-lee and Dylanglen Honey Rose for winning champion ridden Connemara. It was great to see Connemaras at the show today!

15.01.2022 Walbundrie Show. We didn’t take any Connemara ponies this year unfortunately (Larry is not ready and Kirsty is not well) so Michaela took a little Welsh B gelding to the show for a friend to give him experience. He was so well behaved and a real pleasure to show. A ripper of a pony and a true kids pony in the making. Thanks to Julie and Sam for allowing me to help show the gorgeous little Conway Park Hamish (or Hamlet as I like to call him) also congratulations to Shae-lee and Dylanglen Honey Rose for winning champion part-bred M&M today! photos are from Julie and Sam.

05.01.2022 On Sunday we took Asham Maverick, Glenormiston Aiofe & Garnet Serenade to Rutherglen Show for the Connemara Classes. It was Maverick’s first outing for a while and his behaviour was perfect as usual. He won champion led pure-bred, with Garnet Serenade winning reserve. Glenormiston Aiofe won champion in the ridden Connemara with Garnet Serenade winning reserve. There were also a couple of ribbons won in the open ring. Despite the wind it was a great day with the ponies. ...It was also a great little show and we look forward to going back next year. On Saturday Allira look Magnolia Vale Danika to Benalla Show winning 2 reserve champions. They are becoming a great team. Ryan also took Howzat Lucky Star (a friend’s mini) to The Rock Show for the fun ring and had a great day with little Howie. We are lucky to be able to use such a great little pony. We are looking into sponsorship of Connemara classes at The Rock Show for 2020.
