25.01.2022 Its been 7 months since we started our Business from 2/17 Ginger Street, Paget. Its only a short period of time for a business to expect big growth. But we are lucky in this regard, we have experienced good growth in last three months . We are extremely thankful to our valued repetitive customers who got us where we wanted to be by end of this year. Word of mouth is a great tool, which helped us a lot. Good word of mouth is very hard to maintain. ... We owea lot to our suppliers as well who recommend our services to people with a great Confidence, Thanks to whole Ashdown team, Bryan, Kedy, kerran, everyone. A and M motors Sarina ( Adam), City Gate Automotive ( Mark) are also very close. 25.01.2022 We just finished doing a job on Mazda 6, Left hand side Indicator was staying on, after 3 hours of series of checks, the Diagnostic was, Switching Transistor ( MOSFET ) was faulty in Body Control Module ( BCM ) we REPAIRED Body Control Module in our WORKSHOP, saved $$$$ for our valued customer. This took us to the the next level of Auto Electrical field in the industry.

23.01.2022 We Recently Diagnosed and fixed SKODA Activia, it was very Sluggish and wouldn’t go over 60 ks, The customer had it at another shop For about NINE MONTHS and was very frustrated. As Usual, the parts were getting replaced there Based on Could be this Could be that Replaced parts ( In tank Fuel pump, Spark Plugs, un associated sensors etc.. ) plus unproductive hours. When we look the car for about one hour and after doing few checks, we found, it was the High pressure fue...l injection pump was stuck closed, so not enough fuel pressure to meet demand over 60 k. Serviced seized pump, check fuel rail Pressure, The car is back on the road. The customer is extremely HAPPY

We modified and fit Electrical wipers, which was involved, full bracket design, correct fitting, full wiper wiring upgrade, and with very long life expectancy. 18.01.2022 Now we are at the next level of our Business, expanded services, have started offering Mechanical on Trucks, Earth moving, 4 WD and Cars. Our auto Electrical services remain same as they were before, On site and in our workshop. ... We are at Unit 2, 17 Ginger Street, Paget.

18.01.2022 We just finished doing wiring work for one of our client in Sarina. It was a Kubota loader, Exhaust broke and fell on two main wiring looms, we replaced one loom with new one and repaired other one. The loader is back to work with minimal down time. Its very satisfactory for us and our client.

17.01.2022 We just finished doing a job on a late model Hybrid Camry ( 2014). The customer complaint was, getting Brake pedal hard every now and then. Hybrid Camry has very complex Electrical system, after 3 hours of series of checks, the Diagnostic was, Brake Accumulator low pressure fault The Brake accumulator Pump get switched by Transistors, not by conventional Relays anymore, once switching transistor fails, then pump motor can not build enough pressure on time or not at all, which makes the Brake Pedal hard. Fixing this was very satisfying for Dyna Automotive team and for our valued customer.

13.01.2022 We just finished doing a Mitsubishi Lancer, it was in our workshop for ABS light on. 1.5 hr series of checks, the Diagnostic was, ABS pump motor was open circuit, its common in DC motors, if they dont get used regularly ( like abs motor) brushes swell in the brass housing and stuck, which makes the motor open circuit. Contacted Dealer, replacement for the whole ABS unit was around $3000, we successfully serviced the Motor and carried out required procedures. Saved customer about $2000 we gave 1.5 year full warranty on the job. It was very satisfying for us and our customer.

11.01.2022 We just finished doing Diagnose and repair on Hybrid System in Toyota Hybrid Camry. Hybrid system is a very complex electrical system, Engine is a part of the Hybrid system. DTC was, Check Hybrid System Engine was struggling for fuel supply intermittently and so it was bringing the code. ... It was 3 hours of series of checks, at the end once it done, it was very satisfactory. Customer satisfaction was a great reward for us.

Here at DYNA AUTOMOTIVE, that’s our core strength, we always get at bottom of the issue first then we start essential repair. We don’t and strongly recommend, DO NOT replace parts based on Could be this could be that might be that... All that guess work, is un necessary cost on to the customers. It’s every day use tool for Automotive workshop and someone has trailer or Carvan business.

09.01.2022 We just finished overhauling Aircon on this Water Truck, this machine works in very harsh environment, push everything to the limits, including Aircon System. Repairing this give us an opportunity to look how things fail and where we can improve our repair work to give longer life to the system. As we know, preventative maintenance is always the better option than reactive maintenance.

07.01.2022 We just finished Doing Electrical overhauling on this Car Carrier trailer, preventative maintenance is a much better option than Reactive maintenance.

06.01.2022 Volkswagen Crafter, turned up in our workshop, with Reductant temperature sensor low fault. After series of checks and thorough Diagnostic, it was Add blue ( reductant ) temperature heater was faulty ( open circuit) Replace heater and temperature sensor, check operation, clear DTC, hand to the customer. Add blue need to stay at certain temperature before it get injected in the Exhaust system. ... It was one another happy customer , we saved him hundreds of $$ and time to go the dealer to get it done.

04.01.2022 A Rig, ( At Twin Hills Engineering ) Did not want to move on its Tracks with the Remote Control, it was so fun to Diagnose the issue and to see it moving.

04.01.2022 Condenser fan motor of 2005 Nissan X trail, it was lot cheaper to repair it than buy new one ( $ 510) we saved customers $200, we provided 12 months full warranty on that as well. Customers satisfaction was worth millions .

03.01.2022 We recently overhauled an air conditioning system on a 49 seater Bus, problem was as usual saying, not getting very cold What we discovered, in Previous repair, when compressors was changed, the SYSTEM was not flushed ( cleaned ), which caused TX valve blockage and contaminated refrigerant lines. We did the Job the way it meant to be done, we Never Ever cut CORNERS and take SHORT CUTS, end of the day the Customer Satisfaction is everything for us. ... We offer solutions, Not just the repair.

03.01.2022 We just came across to Diagnose an Issue with I Stop System. The vehicle was 2013 Mazda CX-5. Now a days lot of modern cars come with I stop System. I Stop System is, when car stops and engine power is not required, it shuts the engine and restarts when the power required. ... It uses multiple inputs, like seatbelt, door, clutch, brake and few more. We at Dyna Automotive, successfully diagnosed and repaired the issue. It was misalignment between two Clutch Pedal Switches, which was confusing the car ECU. It was a bit long Diagnostic procedure but at the end it was very satisfactory.

01.01.2022 We recently done a Seat belt Warning Alarm in an ISUZU TRUCK, for a Mine site requirement. It was designed and done as same as in todays vehicles. To do this, we used Trucks Analog speed signal to switch a relay by using a signal reader. It was quite challenging and rewarding at the same time. As always, we focus on life and reliability of anything we do.
