23.01.2022 When you get a return in a Goon Box...

21.01.2022 12 months today since the passing of our very good friend and work mate Dean. You are sorely missed. RIP Dean.

09.01.2022 Vale Ivor Metlitzky It is with a heavy heart we acknowledge the sad passing of Ivor Metlitzky. Ivor started the Dynamco Company in the mid 1980’s just prior to him and his Family immigrating to Perth from Johannesburg South Africa.... An Electronics Engineer with a skill set and intelligence to challenge the very best in the World, Ivor was definitely before his time. Just prior to coming to Australia he designed the very first Security System with Transponder Technology. His Digi Key Dongle to disarm the system won an Australian Design Award in 1990. In 1994 Dynamco was awarded the contract to install their Transponder Alarm System on FBI Vehicles in the USA. Ivor worked tirelessly with State Governments, Insurance Companies, Road Safety Councils and the Australian Standards Committee to promote and educate these organizations on the need for Vehicle Immobilisers. Ivor was Chairman of the Australian Standards Committee for Alarms & Immobilisers and was a major driving force for the WA Immobiliser Rebate Scheme in 1997 then the legislation in WA in 1999 for the compulsory fitment of Immobilisers to vehicles on transfer of ownership. This initiative was a major success and saw WA lead the Country in reducing Car Theft, reducing insurance premiums and saving lives. Under Ivor’s leadership Dynamco continued to grow into the 21st Century and became the largest Manufacturer, Importer and Distributor of Vehicle Security Systems in Australia. Also during this time Dynamco conquered Security Markets in Hong Kong, Indonesia, New Zealand, the UK, Japan and the USA. The current Dynamco ownership and management learnt the trade under Ivor’s leadership and are committed to continuing to honour his legacy. May he Rest in Peace. Please join me in offering sincere condolences to Ivor’s Son Steven, Daughters Ellen, Raelene and their families on the sad loss of such a great Man. Ivor was a great man who will never be forgotten. 08.01.2022 From the National Motor Vehicle Theft Reduction Council's latest newsletter... NMVTRC launches fresh new campaign In July, the NMVTRC (together with Victoria Police (VP)) launched the Pop. Lock. Stop. campaign. The refreshed suite of video and print resources aim to promote the three simple steps motorists should take to reduce the risk of falling victim to vehicle theft. ... While the security of Australia’s vehicle fleet has greatly improved over the past decade, there is clear evidence of a shift in the behaviour of offenders, with some entering homes to steal car keys. Across Australia, 7 in 10 cars are stolen with their own keys. Offenders are also becoming more brazen, prepared to sneak into homes to quickly grab keys left in easily accessible spots, often gaining access via unlocked doors or windows. Pop. Lock. Stop draws attention to the high proportion of thefts that occur this way and the simple steps homeowners can take to prevent it happening to them. WE HAVE A SOLUTION!!! Ask us about The Ghost immobiliser. Even with you keys a thief cannot steal your car...

07.01.2022 A great day on the water yesterday. Thank you Dynamco.
