13.01.2022 Hi all.....just a "heads up", off the back of the success of the well-received Advanced Raft Management:Aircrew Course, we are now developing an exciting new course that we think will have max appeal to operators and aircrews right across the industry. Stay tuned for further details.
07.01.2022 ADVANCED RAFT MANAGEMENT: AIR CREW COURSE 2 On Friday the 20th of April, Dynamic Crew Training Pty Ltd conducted the second Advanced Raft Management: Air Crew Course, at the Qantas Flight Training Centre in Airport West. This course was very similar in many respects to the first course, with participants coming from all over the Industry including commercial airlines, corporate jet operators, and General Aviation aircrew. The course reviewed case studies such as the Norfolk ...Island Westwind and Cocos Island P3 Orion ditchings, this second course also built on the foundations of the first Advanced Raft Management: Air Crew Course by means of implementing and including constructive and creative feedback and suggestions from that course. As a result of implementing previous participant feedback and suggestions, there was much more emphasis placed on reducing the number of water raft exercises, while including more attention to detail with exercises working in real time and increased complexity. Participants had more time to navigate their way through specific scenario challenges including such realistic undertakings as operating real radios communicating with Search and Rescue (SAR) personnel, while simulating the traumatic experience of being stranded in the ocean, at night, in the pouring rain, while bopping up and down in a raft. In addition, participants reviewed the excellent 45 minute ABC documentary of the Norfolk Island Westward ditching which gave much context to the day’s theoretical and practical learning outcomes. Most importantly, participants picked up invaluable next level information, knowledge and skills they would otherwise not have been exposed to. Yet again another successful day, massive thank you to all involved with Advanced Raft Management: Air Crew Course 2.
03.01.2022 Due to popular demand, Dynamic Crew Training is now planning a third Advanced Raft Management: Aircrew course for the 29th June 2018. It is becoming apparent that one of the most significant, effective, and popular features of this is course is the cross pollination effect of having aircrews from right across the Industry participating as one group. This has created a unique, energetic, and vibrant environment that has enabled constructive sharing of ideas, and positive rel...ationship-building and networking opportunities. To that end could you please advise by no later than COB Friday 15th June 2018 if you wish to secure positions on this course. Course cost is $280.00 + GST per person and this includes a fully catered lunch and morning/afternoon refreshments. Dynamic Crew Training very much looks forward to welcoming you as part of the participating group on the day.
