Try no alcohol for July This year they have some easier challenges also - 14 days & 21 days....Given most people report an increase in alcohol over the Covid period - this might be a good chance to kick start you back into a more moderate intake. 05.01.2022 To decrease the risk of my contracting or passing on Coronavirus - my strategies include: i) Putting all my bags - plastic, material & supermarket fridge bags in the washing machine on gentle ie wool wash on a cold temperature (avoid hot on all but cotton bags!) Then I hang to dry before using again ii) Wearing gloves & then wash in hot soapy water or use the supermarkets / chemist hand sanitisers.... iii) When going down aisles if a person is coming too close, I turn my back to them until they pass - so if the cough or sneeze it will hit my back iv) It might be over the top but I put the clothes I wore to shop in in the washing machine. Stay well everyone !
