06.01.2022 'CLICK, CRACK OR GRINDING' noises coming from your knee joint? As long as it's pain free, don't worry about it - it is normal! It is extremely important that people understand that noises from the knee are usually not associated with pathology and may actually be a sign of a healthy, well-lubricated joint So, if your knees are noisy and you don’t have pain, don’t worry about them. The noise is most likely due to the movement of fluid behind the kneecap and is not an indicator of a developing joint problem.

03.01.2022 Suffering from shoulder pain during a lateral raise or shoulder press? Or even from something as simple as hanging out the laundry? Shoulder pain is the most common injury I see with 60% being Subacromial Impingement Syndrome. This refers to the inflammation and irritation of the rotator cuff tendons as they pass through the subacromial space, resulting in pain, weakness, and reduced range of motion within the shoulder. The cause of this can be due to weakness, overuse/overlo...ad, instability or degeneration. Call us now to book in for your next assessment so we can get you back to optimal health faster.
