23.01.2022 Plumbtec, Ballarat | Dynamic were very pleased to be part of this recent project. Plumbtec engaged us early in the planning process to design, supply and install a 430 Mezzanine floor in their new Alfredton store. The mezzanine design was fully fitted out with offices below and a showroom and open storage area above!... The client was very happy with the end result which has massively increased showroom floor area and storage space, at a fraction of the cost when compared to the option of increasing the building footprint. We have since been given the job to extend the mezzanine a further 70 to create even more cost effective storage space. 21.01.2022 Okuma | We are excited to share a recent project for our client Okuma. The client came to us wanting to transform two separate warehouse spaces into one. Given they had little room to expand, we put forward the option of installing a mezzanine over the top of their existing office and build a new office above giving them twice the amount of office space and using zero additional floor space. The Warehouse was divided in two using a Bondor panel wall. This gave the business s...pace at one end of the warehouse to operate forklifts and storage safely while maintaining office to the other half of the building. 15.01.2022 Eat Well Foods, Kyneton | We are excited to share a recent project for our client Eat Well Foods. We installed a 5kpa 380m2 mezzanine floor using our ... pre-engineered modular system. The client wanted to utilize unused space over their existing cool room. We were happy to accept the challenge. We were able to accomplish this task by propping the ceiling from the inside to make it safe to work on. Then we penetrated the ceiling to install our columns/beams and purlins. We then re-suspended the ceiling causing little disruption to the business production line. We created a custom 4 meter high stair with mid landing and Ball-Tube handrails. We installed a custom Verge safety gate, able to cater for 2 pallets @ 2400mm high! Once again, a quick, efficient and cost effective way to maximize the business floor space with the project taking only 6 days to complete! Another very impressed and happy customer! 15.01.2022 Oliva Social | A recent mezzanine installation completed for Olivia Social in Preston VIC in collaboration with Toothpicks Creative. This was an exciting project to be a part of. 13.01.2022 Raise The Bar | Dynamic Warehouse Solutions were selected to design and construct a mezzanine for a second level dance floor whilst leaving the entire ground floor clear with no posts for uninterrupted use. This meant a clear span of 9.8m across the mezzanine was also required to be a split level to maximise the use of the available height in the building.... Our client was after a freestanding mezzanine, giving them more flexibility to move the mezzanine in the future. They chose our Hi-Span System because it gave them storage above whilst maximising floor space for a vehicle hoist and caravan storage below.... 06.01.2022 Autobarn, Sunbury | We were pleased to be chosen to carry out recent renovations for Autobarn, Sunbury. We installed a 110m2 Custom Mezzanine floor in 4 days with little to no impact of the Businesses day to day operations. The mezzanine featured black powder coated handrails, stair balustrade and mezzanine floor.... We specified our Unilin Flooring to give a nice, neat finish to both the underside and top of the mezzanine A feature to note was the fully enclosed steel stairs we designed to meet BCA disability requirements; including TAC tile indicators and stair nosings. As part of our turn-key service, we obtained Planning/Building permits and structural engineers certifications. Taking care of the bureaucracy, to make the experience quick and easy for our client. We were so chuffed to know that the client was very happy and amazed with the efforts and efficiency of the whole team!
