13.01.2022 Core Training What, how and why - Core muscles are more than abs, multiple muscle groups that form a belt around the pelvis for stabilisation.... - Core muscles are type I muscle fibres (endurance), so should be trained that way, work/rest ratio. - Core exercises should incorporate upper and lower limbs to integrate co-activation of multiple muscle groups rather than isolating.
