22.01.2022 Leadership through Laughter. Really great workshop last night. I so enjoyed discussing leadership with a room full of appreciative people. the actors where exceptional and gave us lot's of laughs and lots to think about - I reckon we're on a winner. 21.01.2022 When it comes to crappy things happening, watching a business go into liquidation is one of the crappiest. Unfortunately I've been witness to a few, and it's never nice. However, as an educator, I can see the lessons. I'm working on a program now to share those lessons. I'd really rather see thriving happy businesses than businesses go bust - and in my experience there is ALWAYS signs long before the business goes under. What's interesting is why the business owner doesn't heed the signs - that's what I want to talk about. #businesssurvival

17.01.2022 Hi I'm Carol. I haven't been on my page for ages. In fact not since I lived in Cairns, and I've been living in Melbourne for the last 3 years. I love Melbourne but I admit, the last few months have been tough. So during a meditation I was asking myself 'what could I do?' 'how could I make a difference?' and it occurred to me that I could organise a community online meditation event. I'm not the worlds greatest meditator - but I do believe in the power of meditation - especially when a group of people come together to lift the energy. I think if a few of us get together, we could really make a difference. I hope you can join us.

12.01.2022 I've started studying Conflict Management at JCU - it's a big part of my coaching and training - helping people work through conflict, so decided to give myself a deeper understanding of what causes conflict, and how to resolve. Loving getting back into University studies.

08.01.2022 Hi I’m Carol Hautot, owner of Dynamic Conversations and host for this event. I love Melbourne but admit I’ve found the last few months tough. When meditating Sunday night I was asking questions ‘what can I do to change this?’ ‘How can I contribute?’ And the idea to hold this community event occurred to me. I’m not someone who finds meditation easy. But I do understand and appreciate the benefits of meditation and I also understand and value the power of people coming together and sharing energy. The example of Coopers Beer being associated with the Christian Bible Society video, and the backlash from the public is a great example of how a Value mismatch can go terribly wrong.
