25.01.2022 Sometimes some of the wonderful things Robb taught us come back to teach us yet again. This morning, I was having a struggle with a challenge and said without thinking ,his famous statement -oh bugger- I straight away thought of his cheeky grin when he would catch someone out and laughed at my own -oh bugger - moment.

01.01.2022 A challenege we should all take . Somewhere in your home we should have a phone free zone where we dont rush to answer or text- respond if you will take up the challenge for a week-specify which room and after a week advise how you felt by having a phone/text free area.
