25.01.2022 I read recently that Chic-fil-a in the US is growing market share and it has been attributed to their training. A part of that training is teaching their employees to say please and thank you to customers. How sad that we have to teach manners to employees.

The physical, mental and emotional well-being of the workforce is paramount.
