Pretty sure I used to warm up with the heavy weight. This was our last set, drop set, just to really give your biceps a final blast #alwaysstartwithyourweakarm

11.01.2022 Gooey Fudgy Zucchini Brownie GF/Low carb/Low fat/Low Cal/Low FODMAP 3/4 cup Greek yoghurt (I used lactose free Jalna) 1/2 cup maple syrup... 1 egg 75g plain flour (normal or GF) 1 1/2 cups grated zucchini 1 tsp baking soda 2 tbsp cocoa powder 3/4-1 cup dark choc chips Mix it all up and put in a lined square baking pan to cook at 170 degrees for around 35 minutes or until firm. You will be surprised! Serve with some strawberries on top If going vegan, you can use 1 cup of your favourite nut butter instead of the yoghurt.

06.01.2022 HOW DO YOU MOTIVATE YOURSELF TO WORKOUT? Just incase you were wondering, I am human. Some days I really find it hard to make myself want to workout BUT I know that if I wake up and put my workout clothes straight on, it takes me one step closer. I know a few ladies who even like to sleep in the workout clothes so they have no excuses when they wake up. Some times, rather than trying to tell yourself you need to do a workout, it might just be more beneficial to motivate your...self to just put your shoes on. That’s all you need to do. Put your walking shoes on to go and check the mail. Maybe you might stand at the letterbox and consider just going for a quick walk around the block. What do you do to make sure you don’t back out of your plan to workout?

It was a ripper. 50 Burpees 400m run 100 push ups... 400m run 150 walking lunges 400m run 200 Air squats 400m run 150 walking lunges 400m run 100 push ups 400m run 50 Burpees You can either do it all by yourself (give yourself around an hour to get it done), grab a friend and share the reps or halve the reps and go solo! Either way, it’s a great at home workout.
