20.01.2022 Week 1 Term 2 online class timetable is now out! During this changing time we have decided to make the first few weeks of term free as we all work out this online platform. Over the next few weeks we will be running a variety of different classes to see what gets the most interest! If there is a class you would like to see on the timetable even if we don’t currently offer it, please let us know and we will do our beat to accomodate it. 19.01.2022 Week 1 challenge - Ankle strengthening As we have to take a few weeks break from dance I will be setting a challenge every week. This week we will be focusing on ankle stability. This is important in every area of dance not just ballet! Tick or stamp the circle once completed. Below are some important things to remember when doing each exercise.... When rising, remember to evenly distribute weight throughout all toes. Don’t roll out. If you are not sure if you are in the correct position, ask someone to watch you doing it. Keep correct posture. Like what we practice in class. Stand nice and tall like you are being pulled up by a string. Take your time, the longer you take with each rise the harder it will be! I will be organising a Facebook live this week to check in to see how your all going. Keeping active, don’t stop smiling and let’s get through this together!

Feel free to add in or take out any stretches that don’t feel good for you. Please see attached a checklist for the week. Remember ... - Complete a quick warmup before stretching. - Hold each stretch for 45seconds and 1 minute. - Don’t push yourself or do a stretch that doesn’t feel right for you. 06.01.2022 Face to face classes are returning in term 3! (Insert excited face)! Term 3 will look a bit different. We have..... Implemented strictly reduced class sizes to allow for social distancing. Cleaning of all class materials between each use.... Designated drop off and pick up zones. Hand sanitiser available. To allow for these extra measures the term 3 timetable is slightly different from Term 1. If you have any questions please don’t hesitate in contacting us.

03.01.2022 Dear Dynamix Dance Academy Family, Can you believe we are at the end of term 1 already. I would like to begin by thanking you all for your understanding while I was away. I know we are in concerning times regarding with whats currently going on in the world... Keep an eye on our socials as we will be uploading videos and challengers as an aim to keep all our dancers active over this isolation period. As the last week and a half of term was cancelled you will receive a credit for those classes on your term 2 invoice. If you did not receive an invoice via email please let me know as we are having some technical issues with our system when trying to attach a file. We will reassess the situation on Monday the 13th of April as to when dance can resume. I wish everyone a safe and happy break. Kind Regards, Tash

02.01.2022 We are so excited to announce Dance will be returning with a restricted timetable on Tuesday the 10th of November. We have very limited places available so get in quick to secure your spot in our 5 week program.

01.01.2022 TERM 3 ONLINE TIMETABLE Unfortunately due to the current restrictions we will be going to an online timetable for the next five weeks. From there we will reassess the situation. Term 3 will be starting next Tuesday the 28th of July until Friday the 28th of August. Only $5 a class or a family pack of unlimited classes per child per week for $25 per week. ...
