15.01.2022 From our homes to yours, the first in what we hope to be a not-too-long series of "virtual choir" performances for you. This is Paul Smith's setting of "Nunc Dimittis", also known as the Canticle of Simeon. Commonly performed at the end of night services, you can take it as our wish to you for courage and comfort as we each make our way into an unknown night. Directed by Elizabeth Swain, with sopranos Janet Swain and Kathryn Walker, altos Brigid Kramer and Anita Kuhn, tenors Rob Partridge and Ashley Gittins and basses Adrian Brett and Andrew Swain. Audio and video production by Ashley Gittins, beach sunrise footage by Janet Swain. Subscribe to our YouTube channel for more songs - https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCWIIlBU8QUaW2xNB2WAkNGQ

06.01.2022 Its Christmas time and this year its flaming dramatic. The heat and the smoke and the news seem endless. Unusually, this year Dynasty is not doing a Christmas concert but that does not prevent us all from thanking you for your support this year and wishing you all a rain filled Christmas. We do have substantial plans for next year..Look out for our dates in April 2020. For those of you who wish to do some carol singing Janet is organising a carol singing at Brunswick Picture House .. it was packed out last year.. come and join in. https://m.facebook.com//a.7438634457591/1954913371320854/

02.01.2022 Chamber singing in a railway tunnel, you say??? Yes, today Dynasty8 with Dave Bennett and 8 magical gongs are performing in an old railway tunnel hidden out the back of Nerang on the Gold Coast. We have a few chairs left, so book now to grab one. It's gonna be a unique and sublime experience.
