19.01.2022 Uluru-Kata Tjuta Power Station. Complete rebuild. Client, Parks Australia. The obsolete system was maintained by a portable external generator while the entire building was refurbishished.... Systems maintained were the Ranger Station, Cultural Center, Bores and Ancillary systems. The existing building was gutted. A new air conditioned control room was built and mechanical function store room. A new pad was laid for the upgrade including environmental protection. All local light and power was gutted and replaced incorporating a new distribution board, Exit lights and Emergency lighting as well as appropriate local power distribution. Mechanicaly all gensets are integrated to a lung pump for integrated oil change as well as refill. Fuel monitoring is digitally integrated into real time along with generation status, fault or alarm indications back to Ranger HQ via telemetry.
