I am saying YES to more holidays with my family and friends to explore the beautiful places we have here. I am saying YES to more business opportunities with like minded women who want to empower other women to do the same. Opening my heart and mind to run my retreat in here coffs harbour.... 17.01.2022 Id like to introduce our male facilitator John who will be at the mens retreat in May 2020. John comes from Melbourne and has lived in Coffs Harbour since 198...3. He is the co ordinator of MENtors for Men which is a voluntary group unconditionally supporting men that are going through difficult times. John and his fellow Mentors extend the hand of friendship to men that are lonely, anxious and/or depressed. By deep listening and gentle guidance Mentors aims to assist men to recover their well being and reach their higher potential. John is passionate about the causes he gets involved with and strongly believes in the potential of people to develop and nurture lasting and loving relationships. He has participated in Theta healing training and numerous retreats and is still learning and growing. He has 4 adult children and in a previous life was a small business owner and founding CEO of CHESS Employment, a specialised employment service for people with mental illness. 09.01.2022 Happy New Year Everyone So its the beginning of a new decade and year and I wanted to post in here because I truly believe 2020 is the year of success. Most of us have been hiding away playing small but the truth is we want a life we truly desire. One that is full of freedom, on our time schedule and allows us to work when we want. So I thought Id leave this here for you to read. As its the first full moon tomorrow night I thought Id share with you what its about. This f...ull moon is all about self love and being completely honest with yourself about who you really are? Most of us wear masks to please others and hide from who we truly are because we are afraid of not being enough but the truth is we were born to shine our light and help others. Be open to making changes and step into your highiest self to create the life you deeply desire. Face your fears and do it anyway because your future self will thank you. Tomorrow night I ask you all to close your eyes and ask yourself these questions. Do I truly love myself? Am I being my trueself? Is this life the one I truly desire?
