Well, as much as I love your copious donkey kicks and chest flies, you need to add something else... and most of you won't like it .... Sets of 6 or 8 or 10 or 12 of challenging (aka heavy) compound movements Movements where you're using more than one joint (e.g the Leg Press uses the hip, knee and ankle joint apposed to Donkey Kicks that use just the hip) . Following on from that video, you want to begin to rotate the bicep curl at the hardest part of the movement, or in other words where the arm (lever) is the longest (the middle 2/3's) Pushing biceps brachii to rotate and flex at the same time during the hardest part of the movement is only going to mean more damn gains!
