13.01.2022 A small pedal car exterior and chassis cleaned up for restoration, one lucky little girl will have a nice ride when dad paints it up and reassembles it. The process is as gentle on lite gauge metal as it is effective on heavy steel machinery.

13.01.2022 2 Door GS Falcon, stripped of paint and a lot of bog, this was the good side. Every panel on this car was covered in filler from 1mm upto 15mm thick. It was a shock to the owner and me as to how much filler was on the car as the car looked fine before it was blasted, we knew that there was a bit of filler used but not as much as was exposed, when the filler was removed the panels where straight, in most places, only a small amount of filler will be needed to fix any imperfect...ions once the bodywork is done properly. The boot lid 4th & 5th photos, shows how some people repair bodywork it was a case of to much filler for a small rust repair, the little bit of rust was the only flaw in the boot lid, but the photos show how much filler was used to cover it up. The bonnet was another surprise with the amount of times it has been repainted 8 layers of paint were removed to get it back to bare metal. The upside is, the owner will have a good rust and filler free car when the he gets it back on the road. See more

Makes the truck look a lot cleaner and newer, well worth the effort, the owner now has a vehicle that looks clean, with a polish of the cab it will look like a new truck. Not as expensive as you may think.

04.01.2022 Reclaimed hardwood being reused for fencing, stripped of old paint and cleaned up for staining. All done in the fraction of time compared to any other method, each panel took about 10 minutes to completely remove all paint and dirt. Process is also as effective on the outside of houses.

04.01.2022 A 30 year old Kenworth chassis being given some love and attention, chassis and suspension strip and respray with a gloss paint, many more parts to be done over the next few days, air tanks a heap of brackets for cab mounting, turntable mounting hardware and so on.The pitting you see on the chassis is from were the turntable mounting plates sit, all those years has taken a bit of a toll on the metal, but no cracks or failed welds were found and it was good to go back in service. This is only the start of the work,once finished it will be a fantastic looking truck for the owner, something he will be really proud to show off.
