15.01.2022 2020 COVID-19 Management Plan Guest Management Plan: The following information is in place to help guests enjoy the resort and continue to dine here in comfort. ... 1. All guests must sign in. Providing name, address and phone number. 2. Guests will be allocated to a table by staff. 3. A maximum of 100 guests can be seated outside. 4. A maximum of 60 guests can be seated inside. 5. Guests are asked to leave a safe distance between each other. 6. Any person showing signs of illness will not be permitted and advised to seek medical treatment. 7. Cutlery and Condiments will only be given to customers once they have ordered a meal. Staff Cleaning Procedures 1. Tables must be cleaned with Sanitizer and hot soapy water and dried. 2. Bathrooms to be checked every 2 hours and cleaned with saniziter. 3. At the end of services all chairs, benches and equipment is to be cleaned. 4. Pokie machines must be cleaned at the end of services. Disinfectant wipes available for guests to use before and after play.
