18.01.2022 Every year at 11am on 11 Novemberthe eleventh hour of the eleventh day of the eleventh monthwe pause to remember those men and women who have died or suffered in all wars, conflicts and peace operations. This year marks the 75th anniversary of the end of the Second World War. As the world welcomed peace, thousands returned home to much fanfare, and their loved ones. Thousands more never made the journey home. Watch here: https://bit.ly/2ROBQde Join our very own Dave from Eaglehawk Library and his family band 'The Cartwheels' for some colour inspired songs featuring some really cool instruments (double bass, guitar, dobro, ukulele, drums and shaker). 01.01.2022 While restrictions continue to ease across the state, unfortunately our little library space can’t safely squeeze any more than 19 people at a time. While you may be able to browse and stay longer than before, we know our space can become quite busy at times. If we do happen to reach capacity, we may need to ask you to limit your visit time so that others can enjoy the library as well.
