25.01.2022 After being nominated by an unknown person for the Bendigo Sustainability Award, we attended the awards ceremony tonight, and not only did we receive the award for our category, but also the overall award. Well done everyone at the Recycle Shop on all the work you do to reach the goals of the organisation in waste reduction. And thank you to our Board of Management for your leadership and support.

23.01.2022 TAKE2 Founding Partner Bendigo Sustainability Group - BSG has named Eaglehawk Recycle Shop winners of the 2017 Bendigo Sustainability Award. The shop's reduced climate change by selling 9,000 tonnes of stuff that could have ended up in landfill!

There is a new cou...nter for the gift shop and I'm sure the kitchen space will end up a cafe no doubt! Hopefully they sell coffee! Most items here are chosen by kids for kids from the recycle shop. 11.01.2022 We have recently had a display of sculptures made by Graham Johns. These items were on the top of the shelving in the sales shed and were and as the signs underneath them said they were not for sale. One of these sculptures is missing, it is made out of wood and is of Ned Kelly. If anybody knows who may have this could you please let us know, this is a one of a kind and Graham would really like to have it back. This item was to be one of his entries in th Corop - Junk Art Exhibition.
