Aussie Taiso Instructors / Presenters Taiso is a daily Japanese low impact calisthenics program that has been running for nearly 100 years in Japan. The short program is designed to promote flexibility, warm muscles and improve concentration with the added benefits of reducing the likelihood of dementia and reducing loneliness. Aussie Taiso are recruiting part-time/full-time Instructors to work within the community to facilitate the program 3 times a week per location Must Have: Friendly, welcoming persona Availability to conduct 3 x regular sessions per week, per location (can be job shared between two instructors) Interest in health and fitness Own transport Own smart phone Ability to learn a short fitness routine and teach to a class of up to 30 participants Patience and genuine desire to encourage all to participate Own ABN (or be willing to obtain ABN) Desirable: Background in Fitness or Dance Basic administration skills Own Microphone and portable speaker Aussie Taiso offers: Attractive remuneration per week with incentives to grow a successful business in your area.
