24.01.2022 Our old doe Salt n Pepper (aka Salty) delivered twin does just before midnight on Wednesday. She has been huge for weeks so we expected more than twin. Though we are delighted with what she presented us with. One is the same colour markings as mum and the other is all black like her dad. Salty is 9 and looking well, so maybe she will go again next year.

09.01.2022 Some very wide loads waddling along, more babies due over the next six weeks.

06.01.2022 A successful day at Taree Show last Sunday with Savannah (saanen) winning supreme udder, senior champion doe, grand champion doe, best of breed and best exhibit. Sarella (melaan) won reserve supreme udder, Liana (brown) won best of breed and Telita (brown) won reserve champion kid. We had a team of 12 goats and every one won a ribbon in every class they entered with 9 Firsts, 6 Seconds and 3 Thirds. One of the highlights was getting 1st, 2nd and 3rd in the best udder second and subsequent lactation with only 1 point separating them. It was a great result for Savannah given she delivered quads only a month before the show.

03.01.2022 The first of our babies for 2019 arrived on Monday. Quads for Savannah, sadly the last one out was a breach birth and still born. The remaining doe and 2 bucks are doing very well and the British Alpine buck kid has already been sold
