25.01.2022 You might know that our senior minister will be leaving Eagle Vale Anglican at the end of the year - Craig and Sandra will be moving to another parish in Western Sydney starting early 2021. Their farewell service at EVAC will be on Sunday 20 December. If you have any photos to share from their 15 years at Eagle Vale, if you have been blessed by their ministry while you were at EVAC, please email photos and messages to Stuart Carmody by end November. ( PM please if you need his details)

25.01.2022 Continuing our series on Ecclesiastes - that we are to have joy in the midst of the mist. How is that possible? Listen to find out! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lqi4bhJKooI&feature=youtu.be

24.01.2022 This year, you can choose whether to attend Christmas Eve OR Christmas Day service (it will be the same service duplicated, as max Covid safe capacity is 75). We would love be to see you at either one.

23.01.2022 Happy Reformation Day! On the 31st October 1517, Martin Luther nailed his 99 Theses on the church door in Wittenberg (the local noticeboard) which became the catalyst for the reformation of the church. Watch this short clip ( less than 5 minutes) to know more. Why not wear or bring something red to church tomorrow to commemorate this event? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tox2TflUH90

21.01.2022 When Jesus died, the temple curtain was split into two, to indicate we aren't longer separated from a holy God. Because of Jesus, we have direct access to God's throne room, into His very presence. (Spoiler alert, Jesus didn't stay dead..... Come 9.45am Sunday for the astonishing next chapter of the story)

21.01.2022 Our first women's ministry event for 2021! Like last year, we are encouraging small groups meeting in a home. We are looking for hosts so start thinking if this is one way you can show hospitality to your EVAC sisters.( Seeing as we didn't have hospitality meals this month). Please speak to Sashi Grayndler or Angela Owen if you would be prepared to host, we can help set it up.

20.01.2022 A great explanation of the idea of HOPE in the Bible.

18.01.2022 It's almost time to think about getting the Christmas tree out/lights untangled/decorations dusted off.. Don't forget the Nativity Scene and the Advent calendar too. Here is one option - suitable for very young children, and you can upscale it for the older ones. If you have a small advent calendar/tree ( pictured) you even have somewhere to put the lollies ( how you stop the kids from opening and eating all the lollies on the same day will be character-forming)

18.01.2022 We can find more differences between each other than there are ice cream flavours in the world.
