24.01.2022 Marine Technicians Australia gave us the go ahead to do the electrical part of their office renovation in Henderson which included complete smart TV set up with data, new antenna, tv point, HDMI outlets and feature lighting in the boardroom. Also installed new lighting throughout reception, bathrooms, kitchens, store rooms.

23.01.2022 Another busy week finished! Pre-wired an owner builder house in Secret Harbour, complete lighting upgrade in Singleton and pre-wired commercial shop front in South Lake for a new meditation centre!

21.01.2022 This use to be an asbestos main switch board with analogue meters. We organised a weekend shutdown with multiple tenants, and decommissioned / removed the switch board. Upgraded the XLPE consumers mains to 400Amp due to installation of heavy duty industrial stone masonry machinery. Then fitted the new main switch board with 400Amp service protective device and CT metering. Thanks to C&S maintenance for assistance with the asbestos removal and thoroughly testing the site after decommission.

18.01.2022 This is a commercial fit-out we did about a year ago now. Complete with skirting duct power and data, t-bar T5 fuoros, LED down lights, LED strip lighting for display cabinets, TV setup, reception setup etc etc!

13.01.2022 Just completed lighting upgrade from 400watt metal halide high bay fittings to 54watt T5 Fluoro fitting. These are an excellent energy saving fitting with higher lux levels.

Installed led down lights, sensors, led panels, heat combo fan units in bathrooms and plenty of oyster lights. 11.01.2022 Weve been busy lately carrying out a shop refurb: installing led light panels, pendants and new timber desks with recessed power and data feeds.
10.01.2022 Replaced 400Watt metal halides with 4x54Watt high bay Fluoro fittings. This gave a 50% higher lux and 45% energy saving!!!!
10.01.2022 This is a motorised roof system installed by Bozzy Shade Blinds. Today we connected up the remote controlled motors and installed 2 slimline 20Watt LED flood lights. One happy customer here!

01.01.2022 At Cranked cafe in Leederville we installed floor boxes for power, data, and phone for there new fashionable counter. And also fitted some indoor and outdoor pendant lights to finish off the reno/upgrade just nicely!
