24.01.2022 Great news for all you New Zealanders out there. We have started the eAlthLTE integration with ACC. I will keep you up to date with what is happening on this.



24.01.2022 We have added some more features onto eAlthLTE. - Send Days setting on reminder allows you to specify which days of the week you want reminders to go out on. This is useful because you may want to avoid sending a reminder out when your clinic is not open. e.g Clinic is closed Saturdays and Sundays so mark these days as non-send days. In this case, if a reminder was set to 1 day ahead and person appointment is on Monday then they should receive their reminder on the Friday before the Appointment unless the appointment has been made thru OPAS during the weekend. - OPAS - The Number of days displayed now based on screen size. 2 day small screens, 4 days bigger screens - Confirm Step in OPAS now has more information. i.e Appointment Type and now has small titles on appointment information. Address and Clinic contact details.

24.01.2022 More reminders of the great features in eAlthLTE Appointments features include - Date picker has date range highlight - Can change the practitioner display order ... - Display cancelled appointment list - Can edit cancel reason on the cancelled appointment list - Waiting list displays and filters expired or current - When adding a new appointment detect whether it's a new patient or not. Based on detection will change default appointment. - Availability Browser - Allows you to view practitioners availability similar to OPAS appointment view. - Appointment screen now receives updates in real-time. Add, Confirmation, Move, Cancel, Add One-Off Availability, Modify One-Off Availability, Delete One-Off Availability - Notifications now created when Patient is marked as arrived. (Not created if set arrival for your appointments) - Notifications now created when Patient is marked as confirmed. (Not created if set arrival for your appointments) Settings->Cancellation Codes - Now can setup charges for cancel codes. Go to Charge Checkbox - Tick this if you intend to charge the patient when this cancel code is used. Default Billable Item - This is a billable item that will be added to the invoice. Normal Charge - Check this if charge normal billable items. Note use Discount fields to apply a default discount for this. Future Appointment Report - Order is appointment by Date and Cancelled Appointment not included Users Session - admin can see their co-workers’ user sessions Users & Practitioners maintenance can set default New Patient appointment type Company maintenance - can save company website URL and determine who is a new patient (other -> Appointment Settings) OPAS settings - Now can change practitioner display order OPAS - When a patient is booking from OPAS account will save values to profile. This will make it easier to book future appointments. Also dont forget to check your website and update your OPAS look and feel to match your website theme. Appointment Type Browser - Now has a Duration Column. Message Template - the following Patient Fields now been added Patient.LastVisit.Date Patient.LastVisit.Time Patient.LastVisit.Day Patient.NextVisit.Date Patient.NextVisit.Time Patient.NextVisit.Day - These new fields can be used in all your Messages / Letters that you send out. Invoice - Click Referral Available badge will select referral for that invoice line.

23.01.2022 eAlthLTE Update - Referral Messages, Letters and Draft Messages Home -> Message - Now has a badge on the summary panel that indicates the count of your draft messages. - Draft button on the top right of the screen. The badge on button shows the number of the draft message. Click button and dialogue box appears showing you a list of your draft messages. Note you can view all draft message using filter button provided. - Edit draft at Home message screen or Patient message scre...en. - Delete a draft message using the button provided. When click on delete button user has 5 seconds before the message disappears out of your list. Can cancel delete in this time or force delete by clicking trash can again. Patient -> Message - Now has a badge on the summary panel that indicates the number of drafts message this patient has. - Now you have a Delivery type of letter to choose. On clicking send button of the letter will produce a PDF for you to print out and send via the post. - Also, have the option to send a message to the Patient or the Referral. - Save as draft button will save message as draft. When click send button will remove the message from the draft list and send the message. - Now also shows a message indicating if send is in progress. Send button is disabled now until send is complete. Address Dialog (Patient, Clinic, Invoicee and Referral Contacts) - Address Records now have a Send Address checkbox. If ticked this address will appear in address list on the compose message screen. - The address dialog box now shows you the address in title modal box. Message Templates - Now has the option to allow the template to be used for Letter - New Message Type Patient Referral Message. This template type used to send a message to Patient Referral Contacts. Also has additional merge fields for referral contact details - Additional Merge fields for Today date and Letter Window which indents content inside so appears in the window of the letter. - Due to number merge fields now available add search field so can filter and quickly find the field you are after - Message templates can now be deleted.



23.01.2022 Did you know that the Appointment Type browser now shows a RED No Reminder badge to show that no reminders will be sent for that appointment type. Also you can set up to 6 reminders for appointments so you can phase in when reminders are sent

23.01.2022 We have another clinic moving to eAlthLTE - if you haven't tried the new system then now is the time. Just go to ealthlte.sterlingsystems.com.au to register your interest for the free trial. If you find there is something you desperately need added to the system then just let us know. Unlike most of the other systems that you guys use this one is developed and supported in Australia so lets support the locals.

22.01.2022 For all out NZ customers - this from ACC To allow for a technical upgrade to some of ACCs invoicing systems, there will be limited access to the eBusiness Gateway on Saturday 9th November 2019 between 7am and 10pm. During this time the following sections of the Gateway will be unavailable: Claims summary list Invoice submissions... Invoice status You will still be able to submit claims and invoices to ACC during this time. See more



22.01.2022 Did you know that with eAlthLTE you can top up your own SMS credits? Easy steps are: 1. Go to Setting -> Company Maintenance. 2. Select Option from Buys SMS credit combo box. 3. Click on PayPal Checkout button.... 4. A new window will pop up and follow the prompts. Note: You will get 2 warnings. Based on your Minimum SMS credit setting your warnings will occur Low warning(Orange) when credit less than [Min. SMS credit x 2] Very Low warning(Red) when credit less than [Min. SMS credit] Try eAlthLTE now! ealthlteapp.sterlingsystems.com.au

22.01.2022 Now when you top-up SMS credits via Paypal the system will produce a tax invoice. You can also print a Tax Invoice for top-ups done via Paypal Checkout by going to Reports->SMS Credit Tax Invoice. User Remember Feature - Instead of typing your email address to log in each time you can just set so your user is remembered. This way the only thing have to type to log in is your password. To turn this on for your user just click on your name in the top left. Then select Remember User checkbox. Now when you log out should see your name on the login screen. Click on your user then type your password.

Can change setting in OPAS Settings screen. This prevents OPAS from showing times within 3 hours of current time. - has loading symbols if the screen is waiting for data from the server - displays small heading indicating timezone of the clinic. Only displayed if the user compute...r is in a different timezone. Note times displayed always in local time according to clinic timezone. What a great feature!!! - have the option to have a single link for all your clinics in your company under OPAS. This link can be found under Setting->OPAS. Clinic links still an option as well. 21.01.2022 With our telephone offering (3CX) and eAlthLTE we can set you up such that when a patient phones in the phone system can automatically link to eAlthLTE and show the patient details - how amazing is that!!!! And when you want to call a patient then just click on their phone number in eAlthLTE and 3CX will call them. If you more information then just call or email us



20.01.2022 Did you know that with eAlthLTE you can: - easily see count of unread SMS replies (top right hand corner) so you are always on top of your communications and then you can read them by clicking on the pop up - compose a message to any patient using the plus button in the message centre - patient browser allows search by phone number so you can track who just rang - separate you patient notes into categories to sectionalise your patient notes

19.01.2022 More updates to eAlthLTE. Patient Notes - The screen now limits no of notes displayed initially. By default shows a minimum of 10 notes and a minimum of 2 years. - Click on more button will display a minimum of 10 more notes and a minimum of 1 year... - Click all notes button to display All Patient notes. - This should make it easier to see notes for patients who have been coming for a long time. Invoice Referrals - we have streamlined the edit Invoice Line so that if you change the item no the system will recheck referrals and select appropriate one. 15.01.2022 We are moving all our live servers to a faster internet connection this Sunday 27th September 2020 at 7:00 am AEST. DNS Propagation can take 1 hour but we expect the systems will only be unavailable for a few minutes. 13.01.2022 Some more tips for eAlthLTE Appointment Edit - Move the mouse pointer over information icon will display more information about the patient selected. Note: Same information that is displayed in Advanced Patient Search Patient Details screen - Summary now displays totals of Outstanding invoices 3rd party, Patient and Unallocated Credit. Invoice Screen - Displays Patient Outstanding Balance. Move the mouse pointer over the Infomation icon to display more details. Users can add ...One-off Availability. This is done from appointment screen. Tick Modify One-off Availability. All Appointments will be hidden and instead will show One-off Availability records. Modify them same way you do appointments. One-off Availability can be set to weekly recurrences. Set Repeat Every to 2 if you want fortnightly recurrence. Enter the No. Repeats. Note entered will be displayed to user if they book in this slot. See more

12.01.2022 eAlthLTE has another update OPAS Settings - Added Appointment Slot Limit. This setting allows you to limit the number of times displayed to Patients. The limit applies to 3 time Periods. Morning, Afternoon and Evening The default is No Limit. - Times now grouped under headings Morning, Afternoon, Evening Moved and Cancelled Report... - Now has option to filter by either Log Created Date or Appointment Date. 12.01.2022 More details of features in eAlthLTE. For referral links: Patients Details - Now can assign Referral Links to Patient or Referral detail. You can flag one of the links as a marketing link. This indicates how the patient first became aware of your company. You can add as many links as you like. Unlike the old system which limited you to 1 link per patient. Only one of the links should be flagged as marketing. Jump to that Referral Contact by clicking on Maintenance butto...n provided. Referred Menu item shows all patients linked to this Patient by Referral Link record. Filter by link type, Archived status and search by field provided. Jump to that patient by clicking on Maintenance button provided Settings-> Referring Contacts This is the maintenance screen for any non-patient referral links. Add Address and contact details. If you want to tray ealthLTE then contact me ([email protected]) or go to ealthlteapp.sterlingsystems.com.au and register for your free trial.

12.01.2022 More useful tips from eAlthLTE Patient Browsers - you can search by email address. Simply type the email address in search boxes provided. This is available in Add Appointment, Message Center, Patient Browser and Reports that have Patient Selector Use the Duplicate Patient Report to find out duplicate patients. For each patient in the report display the main details and record counts. The report has 2 different modes for identifying duplicates:... - Same Email, Surname and Initial - Same Mobile, Surname and Initial Use Extra Characters option allows having more than just Initial matched. Include Gender checkbox means only include patients whos gender matches. Note Gender might not be set on some records this why default is set to false. Use the Merge Patient Report to merge two patient records so they become one. This Report can be run in 3 different modes: Report Only. From Patient is the record that will be marked as deleted. To Patient will be kept. Enter From Patient and To Patient. Click the Run Report button. Report displays record counts and a list of all actions will take place to merge 2 records together. This mode is used to check patients selected are correct. Once satisfied with the output run report in Update Mode. Tip: You can enter Patient ID displayed in duplicate report then click the search button (Magnifying Glass Icon). Update Mode. This mode will perform the merge. Report will include Run ID. Undo Merge. Enter Run ID in Undo ID field provided. Click Run Report buttons will undo the patient merge that was performed under that Run ID. 06.01.2022 It is great to see clinics returning to work. We are seeing a lot restarting and with that also an increase in our eAlthLTE users. I heard from one of our long time eAlth users the other day that they had not realised that eAlthLTE is now up and running - we have had people using this for a couple of years now!!! 05.01.2022 A quick update on eAlthLTE and the new features that have been implemented - hover feature on the appointment screen so you can see extra info (bottom left hand corner) - consolidated invoice to allow you to print multiple invoices as one - new filtering on practitioner percentage report - practitioner selection now has 2 modes (locked and unlocked) - when a new date selected on the appointment screen then if unlocked then only practitioners with availability are displayed.... - toggle full screen button makes ealthlte use full screen - invoice screen can now see current referrals, old referrals marked as expired once new referral entered and old referral has all limits used Havent we been busy!!! 05.01.2022 With eAlthLTE you can now set up for each clinic reminders with extra options to enable the setup of early reminders for patients that have booked appointments via OPAS system. The extra options are: - Limit a reminder so only goes out for Appointments booked via OPAS (where the patient has booked the appointment themselves thru the Online Patient Appointment System). The default for existing reminders is All appointments except for appointment types marked as No Reminder. - Turn off Auto confirm processing for particular reminder setting. The default for existing reminders is Auto confirm processing is on.

04.01.2022 Did you know that in eAlthLTE OPAS (online patient appointment system where the patients can book themselves an appointment) you can: - make sure patients enter Mobile and Email address on the Booking step. By default, both email and mobile are required. - OPAS Profile/Patient accounts also have the option to save mobile. This means the Patient details should be prefilled if the patient has logged into OPAS. - When Patient is logged in via OPAS profile can see a list of their own appointments. - Signup and Login Pages remembers the company code or clinic.

03.01.2022 While we have been locked down with COVID 19 we have kept busy adding more features to eAlthLTE. Appointment Type Browser now shows the length of appointment and NP badge for New Patient and RP badge for Return Patient Appointment Types Maintenance has a checkbox for New Patient and Return Patient which is used for OPAS. Now appointment can be displayed for both new and return patients. Plus you can have specific OPAS Text - This will be displayed with Appointment Type on O...PAS Users and Practitioner Maintenance has an OPAS Short and Long Description which are displayed in OPAS. Also you can select ba default appointment type for each practitioner. OPAS Settings now provide extra text displayed to the user on the step where they select an appointment time. On the Appointment Screen there are - Information Icons - Move mouse over icon to get more details - Appointment Type Information Icon - Display Appointment Type Charges (Display Appointment Dialog, Edit Appointment Dialog) - Patients Information Icon - Modified to Include Patient Charge Category, Consent Date, Balance.... Appointment Screen - Multi-Patient Appointments now have improved functionality. - Quickly maintenance for each patient in appointment. Click on the Patient Maintenance button as normally done. Now from the Patient screen there is a combo box so you can switch between other patients on the same appointment. - Quickly enter Patient Notes for each patient in appointment. Click on the Patient Notes button as normally done. Then from the Notes screen now is a combo box so you can switch between other patients on the same appointment. - Quickly invoice each patient in appointment. Click on the invoice button as normally do. Then from the invoice screen now is a combo box so you can switch between other patients on the same appointment. Patient Details - Appointment has a Status column showing the same icons as the Appointment Screen. This allows quickly checking the status of previous appointments. Appointment Reminders with OPAS Created setting - Server processes Appointment reminders every 15 minutes - now will not wait until the next scheduled time to send. 02.01.2022 Did you know that in eAlthLTE Patient Maintenance you can now enter date Patient last signed consent form and when date is older than 12 months field turn red. The hint on the field tell elapsed time since they signed. What a great feature!!!
