23.01.2022 Safety is the utmost of importance when using ear candles. Inferior brands have tendency to burn unevenly or even out of control. That is why I prefer Biosun candles (made in Germany)

04.01.2022 Garlic oil for ears: Our ear wax can get dried and compacted in our ears and this can cause discomfort. It takes many years for it to get this way. There are many reasons for this: * Pushing the wax further in when cleaning with cotton buds * Not drinking enough water can cause the dehydration... * Candida in the system * Not conditioning the ear * Use of ear plugs Garlic and Mullein flower oil can help many conditions: * Loosen the earwax * Anti inflammatory * Antifungal * Anti bacterial * Anti-Microbial * Itchy ears * Relief from ringing ears * Relief from blocked ears * Relief from sore ear I use this garlic and mullein oil in my ear candling practice and in my own ears regularly. I have even used it in my dogs ears (they are not big fan of this :P ) I am out of stock at the moment but do check with me at the time of your appointment if it is in.

04.01.2022 The best way to keep your ear from getting itchy and free of wax build up: - Drink plenty of water (as per recommended), dehydrated body leads to the ear wax drying up and itchy ears. - DO NOT buy over the counter ear washes or drops, they are full of chemicals and lead to eye irritation and allergies. - Use garlic and mullein flower oil in your ear, which will keep the wax soft and will flow out easily. The oil helps with any fungal problems too (ask if I have some in stock, if needed). - Try ear candling, it helps with many issues related to ear problems. See my page for the unlimited benefits.
