25.01.2022 Please be aware signage has changed on Homer Street outside the school. 1. No parking on school side is now just during school zone times to accomodate our kiss and drop zone.... 2. Bus Zone has decreased to create 2 more parking spots across the road from school. 3. No parking zone is removed near school lane to provide 2 more parking spots again across the road.

(see below) Rule 198(1) - Obstruct access to ramp/path/passageway (school zone); and 198(2) Stop on/across driveway/other access to/from land (school zone) - $344 and 2 points

22.01.2022 School Banking is Back. We are excited to remind families that School Banking is back on. School Banking Day will be commencing on Tuesday 2nd March 2021... For each weekly deposit made at school, students will receive a Dollarmites token. Once they collect 10 tokens, they can redeem them for a School Banking reward. If your child has previously participated in School Banking, or has an existing Commonwealth Bank Youthsaver account, they can start banking straight away by bringing their Dollarmites deposit wallet to school on School Banking day and hand the wallet over to their teacher. If your child has lost their deposit wallet, or you are unsure of what to do please send a note with your child to the School Banking Co-ordinator with your contact number or visit any Commonwealth Bank branch for a replacement. Our School Banking program is made possible because of volunteers. Thank you to those volunteers for donating their time to run School Banking for our students. If you would like to know more about School Banking, more information will sent home this week, or visit www.commbank.com.au/schoolbanking School Banking Team.

22.01.2022 Did you choose safety over convenience today. The teachers were out today rewarding those who parked a little further to take the pressure off the busy streets surrounding EPS.

22.01.2022 Boomerang Street Three Point Turns and U-Turns Many people are choosing convenience over safety. ... This is illegal in and around school zones, as any type of reversing is considered dangerous. This carries fines and loss of demerits points. Please do not park across a driveway, as this stops the flow of traffic and is inconsiderate to our neighbours.

06.01.2022 We urge families to please have your say regarding the proposed works for William Street just near our school. We feel this will add much more pressure to the traffic on Homer Street and Bexley Road as drivers will try to avoid the speed bumps. William Street is already a busy street with many families using this to arrive at EPS, what are your thoughts?

04.01.2022 Social Distancing Reminder from Skoolbag app Dear Parents and Carers Just a quick reminder to all families to ensure that you adhere to the NSW Health social distancing guidelines and maintain a distance of 1.5m between adults at all times. In order to minimise congestion occurring, EPS requests that you please do not remain to have a conversation with other parents and that you leave immediat...ely once you have dropped off or picked up your child. Many thanks for your support.
