17.01.2022 We're finishing off term 3 at Early Bird with a variation of our normal Metafit Fridays. The MetaPRO SAQ1 Workout is 21 minutes and, unlike traditional Metafit Workouts, is completed over a 15m track! Check out the clip to see what our Early Bird Legends have waiting for them bright & early tomorrow. They will all have well and truely earned their upcoming 2 week break after completing this one

Forget booking into a crèche or finding a babysitter whilst you go for a walk/run or rush to the gym. Bring them along with you and let them see you being the example you hope they will one day follow Even at an early age our children are constantly watching us as parents (their role models) and taking in every...thing we say and do Let your actions do the talking as they watch Mum (or Dad) being physically active and having fun. Our Wednesday M.I.L.F’s & D.I.L.F’s session (Mums & Dads Incorporating a Lifestyle if Fitness ) are designed to help our members to develop and improve on their functional movement patterns and overall fitness & strength levels to make those day to day parenting tasks/demands that little bit easier and, more importantly, more enjoyable We have 2 weeks remaining of term 3 (including tomorrow) so why not come out and give it a go before we kick off term 4 on Wednesday 14th, October!
