24.01.2022 Staying inside has been a bit of a challenge for lots of people. These times are unlike any we have experienced before and it's important to keep our mental health in check also. So instead of focusing on on all the challenges today, lets see what things we are grateful for during this time! I have been really grateful for realising what things are important to us as a family and learning to find new ways to interact with each other. ... What things have you been grateful for?

23.01.2022 This is a great post from Yellow Ladybugs, Autistic Girls & Women regarding how school will run for term 2 in Victoria. This time is difficult but we need to remember to be kind to ourselves & each other. Each persons circumstances will be different. If you have any concerns, don’t be afraid to reach out to your child’s teacher and your therapist.

21.01.2022 We want to thank all of our wonderful clients who have embraced the sudden changes that have occurred within our clinic in the past 2 weeks. This has been a time where we have needed to act quickly in order to continue to support our clients and their families and we are so appreciative of the understanding, compassion and encouragement we have received. We want you all to know we are still here to support you throughout this time. It may be a different method to what most... of us are used to, but we are so grateful to have the options we have, to continue to offer our service & support our clients.
