19.01.2022 2020 AGM / KINDY THINK TANK Today made getting out of bed early on a Saturday extra worthwhile We explored the Kindergarten Curriculum and pulled apart aspects from Communicating & Thinking and Learning to begin our journey to develop a ‘Kindergarten School Plan’ and modified KCG/EYLF-based scope & sequence. ... We’re looking forward to hosting further sessions across the metro area and establishing an online Kindy PLC to continue the process. Thank you to Principal Peter Glendenning, Deputy Serena Brodie-Hall and Kirsti Bell from East Waikiki Primary for hosting the event and Bree for her amazing catering https://m.facebook.com/BusyBreeskitchen/

03.01.2022 The EYES Committee and Executive are still here working hard behind the scenes for our members in the current covid19 context - even though activity on this page has been minimal. Because this is a voluntary role for those elected, this page may be very quiet at times of heavy teaching workload (or holidays) The EYES executive officers and committee are advocating for our members needs and voicing their concerns with the media and also as part of key stakeholder discussion ...and forums. Please feel free to message or email us any concerns you have in regards to your role, or join the group below where we are part of a very active community with extensive discussions of the current context and plans for next term. Please take time over the next week - especially the long weekend - to rest, relax , rejuvenate and recline https://www.facebook.com/groups/TeachingPrePrimaryWA/?ref=share
