Its a time to give to yourself and relax.... I offer pregnancy massage packages where you receive a minimun of 3 massages whilst pregnant. Then I come to your home and space and nourish you after your birth. Your baby stays close. These sessions are custom made to suit your needs on that day. 14.01.2022 Since I began studying meditation I have committed to meditating everyday. Time has slowed down, Im less stressed and everything just seems to flow easier.
