22.01.2022 Ingredient under spotlight: grapefruit. Grapefruit is wonderfully cleansing and toning. It has high anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties and has a mild antiseptic and astringent affect which helps clear the skin and bring shine to hair. Aromatherapeutically, Grapefruit is uplifting and balancing.... We add this beauty to our body oil, mixed with warming sesame oil and nourishing hemp, jojoba and almond oils. Not only do you glow to the eye but this one is a real pleaser to the nose

21.01.2022 Another ingredient under spotlight, MATCHA Matcha is made by grounding green tea leaves. The plant is very high in chlorophyll (giving it its dark green hue) which boosts its amino acid content. Matcha is very high in antioxidants, helping to clear free radicals in the skin. Our ceremonial grade matcha is used in our nourishing Face Mask Base to help cleanse and revitalise the skin.... We love to sip on a delicious Coconut Matcha Latte whilst basking in our Nourishing Face Mask. What are you doing this weekend for self care? Enjoy your Easter

16.01.2022 Coconut Oil Pulling: This Ayurvedic technique has numerous benefits including improving gum health, whitening teeth, removes bacteria in the gums, prevents and heals cavities, reduces bad breath, clears sinuses, detoxifies the body, reduces inflammation, reverses gingivitis, releases headaches and boots the immune system! And it’s so simple to do.... In the morning (preferably before breakfast) put 1 tbsp of coconut oil in your mouth and begin swishing it through the gums and mouth. If the coconut oil is hard, it will begin to soften with the heat of your mouth. Do this for around 10-20 minutes, at first it may be hard to do but it will get easier with practice. Best way to get the best results is to do this every day for 30 days. Then when you have completed the 30 days, keep your gums in good health by oil pulling 1-2 times a week. Enjoy

11.01.2022 What does self care mean to you? To me, it means taking some time for yourself. To recenter yourself. To come back home. Self care for me involves physical self care, as in my beauty regime. It includes my skincare - cleansing, masks, face serum (daily), dry brushing, oiling and massaging my body, washing my hair, trimming my hair, filing my nails, oil pulling etc. These rituals fill my cup, I feel nourished in my physical body. Giving myself physical love and attention, beca...use she deserves it! It also involves nourishment from what I put in my body. Drinking water, eating healthy wholesome foods, medicinal mushrooms, fermented foods, tonics. And including the environments I put myself in. Are they of supportive of my growth? Self care for me also involves mental, emotional and spiritual self care. To nourish myself at these levels I meditate daily, practice yoga, breathe, journal, involve myself in stimulating conversation, surround myself by the ones I love, read a book, drink tea. My goal with these rituals is to centre myself mentally/emotionally and connect to my spiritual self. What is self care to you? What are your go to rituals? #selfcare #selflove #rituals #selfcareritual #selfloveritual

07.01.2022 This time of year as the weather gets cooler and dryer, our lips are always in need of some extra loving. Our orange cacao lip balm helps fight chapped lips whilst leaving a protective layer of bees wax. I never leave home without this staple!... This flavour smells like a jaffer lollie but it is also available in a sweet chocolate scent. Enjoy your Monday lovers
