05.01.2022 How’s waxing going for you? If you’re sick of the pain, ingrowns, irritated skin and the waste contributing to landfill then we have an alternative! Sugar paste is 100% natural and is made from a combination of sugar, water and lemon juice. The sugar paste is applied against the hair growth and removed with the hair, which results in better hair removal and less pain than waxing. Sugaring has been around for many moons in fact, it was ...the hair removal technique used by Cleopatra! The paste is heated to just above room temperature and is used to remove the hair by the root. The sugaring technique causes less irritation than hot wax and clients experience fewer ingrown hairs and more permanent hair reduction over time. During the sugaring process, the paste is removed in the same direction as the hair growth to remove hair from the root.
