20.01.2022 Q: How do I feed my bromeliads when I am told I can't throw fertiliser over them in case it gets in the middle? A: While true of synthetic fertilisers, manures and blood & bone, bromeliads absolutely adore Garden Delight. As it has no synthetics, manures or blood & bone it mimics how the broms feed in nature, on minerals and humates. Every few months just broadcast a little over the top and a quick water to wash it through and watch the colours start to shine through.

A native Cunjevoi that has never been fed completely defoliated by grasshoppers and caterpillars yet only 25 metres away are these vegetables fed with nothing but Veggie Mate and compost....no manures, no blood and bone, no chemicals, no sprays.
19.01.2022 Its NATIONAL TREE DAY! The best start you can do for any tree is put a couple of handfuls of Garden Mate premium soil conditioner and clay breaker in to the bottom of the hole when planting. This will break up the subsoil compaction allowing the roots to grow deep in to the soil rather than stay at the surface. A couple of good soaks and the trees will establish quicker and then be less reliant on us to care for them.

18.01.2022 Q: I've been using Veggie Mate and Flower Blend on my tomatoes but now I have an infestation of White Fly. What should I spray with? A: Nothing! Just keep the minerals up. I mean look at those tomatoes!! Yummo!!! As the plants have a broad spectrum of essential, trace and micro-nutrients readily available in the soil they can not only defend themselves against any adverse effects from the White Fly, they can also be stimulated by their activity.

16.01.2022 While Garden Mate, Garden Delight and Veggie Mate can be used as stand-alone products, sometimes things need a little boost. That's where soluble fertilisers can be of use, as a supplement. Take these papaws for example. They grew happily but refused to set fruit until given a couple of handfuls of Fruit Blend 6 weeks apart. Now look at them!
