25.01.2022 On Monday night I had the honour of teaching my circle sisters how to create their own personal Sigil. I first learned how to create these powerful symbols from a dear sister and incredible mentor, Donna Raymond. I was absolutely blown away by the incredible symbols that each of my sisters created!... I have put together a little info for those of you who might like to create your own personal Sigil. You can play around with the image until you have something that you is pleasing to you. To love another woman as a sister, rather than seeing them as the enemy. To remember we each hold a love so vast and powerful it could heal the World,... To realise within our femininity is a strength that can moves mountains, That can either heal or crush another’s soul, To take our responsibility as the wardens of Mother Earth as a privilege, rather than a burden. To embrace and engage with the unspoken within and without. To heal our wounds consciously for ourselves, our ancestors, future generations and one another. To allow the feelings to flow through, To be acknowledged and let go. 11.01.2022 And So I Danced Naked. Saturday night I had the evening to myself at home. Something came through my being the day before. I’m not sure exactly what, but it was... this uncomfortable feeling that immediately zapped me of my joy. Like literally There was a definitive moment feeling the arrival of something in my body I contemplated what I should do with my time, and with minimal access to internet due to my modem being fried in an intense storm the week before, I figured I should probably switch off and tune in. In the afternoon I picked some fresh mugwort from the garden in preparation for a night of nurturing. My womb felt like it had an energetic cold. I felt off. Not right. So I prepared everything needed for an evening journey connecting with my body and soul. Journal, essential oils, music and herbs for my womb steam were ready to go as soon as I helped my little one to sleep. I contemplated doing a live 'steam stream', but it didn’t feel right for me as I knew I was too sensitive. So I live streamed to my FB page to share some insight into why I was doing this and how to do it. And then, with a cup of tea steaming away, candle flickering, red fairly lights twinkling the womb temple came alive in the mystical moment of ritual. This space I have created has a certain otherworldly feel to it when the lights are dim- it’s an extension of my being really I am imbued into this space as it envelopes me in deep crimson hues. It’s as if time stands still and all that is, is revealed to those who listen. I choose to listen. With headphones on, and the herbal steam of mugwort, rose, nettle and red clover permeating and caressing my deep feminine core with tendrils of warmth I surrender I open The music takes me on a journey through soundscapes that are familiar- as if my own heart was being played back to me. It cracks a little I feel the something brew and swell within my being My mind steps in to psychoanalyse I breathe deeper beyond the stories. Sync with my breath and sink deeper into presence. The music moves me, my body open and responsive. My pelvis feels like it is breathing with pure light. Expanding as I consciously direct my breath to open the space and ease the constriction. I start to sway my hips My heart cracks a little more. And my eyes weep. The emotion begins to trickle. Deep breaths now... Let it come to the surface. Let it come up. Let it be. Welcoming the feelings. I am here now. I am here now. I am here now. Breathing up into my womb I open more. The warm aromatic steam snakes its way in. The plants work their majick as usual. I am intoxicated by the scents of lemongrass, frankincense, rose and mugwort. I am shifting. My heat bursts with short sporadic waves of emotion. They're not as heavy as I anticipated I RELEASE My body consumed by the music, luring me to a deep space within the realms of my own creativity. And I get this surge of energy ripple through my body. And so I danced naked As soon as I stood up, my heart fully cracked open into euphoric release... THIS.... THIS!!! YES!!! THIS!!! I hear whispers, "SHE'S BACK" and this feeling of ecstatic celebration as I dance the Lover in. Her cheeky, playful and wild feminine sensuality steers my body into swirls, stomps and pelvic thrusts and pulses. I come ALIVE I become the embodiment of my sex- my pure creativity in motion. My heat spirals up my spine and circulates around my skin. All senses activated, tingling to the subtle air flow. All tension is dissolved into the moment with each sensual sway of my hips. Transcendence! Revelation REMEMBERANCE. It feels like it has been such a long time since I fully allowed HER to move through me. She liberates me from the dull and mundane of everyday rhythms and returns me to my full power. Wide eyed and full of inspiration I feel a song begin to permeate my dreaming space, from the left the words trickle through as the melody forms in my mouth. I am called to my drum my medicine my majick and I create. I feel so free! Peace is restored in my body as I come back into full alignment to my path of purpose. 06.01.2022 Why is it so hard for us to accept the easy path? Why do we choose to struggle and resist? Why can't we enjoy the flow and gifts that are coming to us? Is it th...at if it's easy, if there are no speed bumps, if it's not a challenge then we don't earn it?? Is it that we have to struggle to the end for us to be worthy? Can't we just accept that we are deserving of good everytime it comes to us, every time we are blessed by the hands of the divine through miracles, breakthroughs moments when all seems lost the divine wishes to teach us grace. You were born for this, for having a life of blessings, connections, love and to not battle with the programming that you need to prove yourself, that you have to behave good enough or be nice enough or even be perfect enough to get the gifts that you are fated to receive.
