25.01.2022 After a good 70+mm deluge of rain on Tuesday this rebuilt and enlarged dam in sandy granite held up nicely. It is most imperative to make sure the spillways are nice and wide and to get some topsoil and a good grass coverage over the spill especially in this type of soil otherwise it’s like a hot knife through butter.
