23.01.2022 Partnership is key to tackling the scale and breath of the challenges that face us on this planet. The ultimate partnership - for us to keep front of mind and h...eart - is that between humanity and the more-than-human world. We cannot become a sustainable species without a critical mass of us recognising that we are in relationship with the living system of this planet. The speakers on the Recognizing the Pattern of Life panel discussion that you are about to hear, are indigenous knowledge keepers whose cultures have embedded the expertise of knowing how to work in respectful partnership with the living systems of our Earth. They explore the question: What does it mean to be a custodian? On the panel are: Samantha Nyadbi Martin - an Aboriginal woman and descendant from the Jaru and Kija people from the North East Kimberley region of Western Australia. Tyson Yunkaporta - an academic, and arts critic, and a researcher who belongs to the Apalech Clan in far north Queensland. Te Puoho Katene - a Fulbright Scholar, Obama Leader & Mori Investment Manager for New Zealand Trade and Enterprise, assisting indigenous companies to raise capital for international growth, supporting Mori entities to deliver large greenfield projects. https://youtu.be/eBz-1qlkI8g

01.01.2022 We are incredibly honoured and humbled to receive a personal message from the Dalai Lama, which talks about how to make a meaningful contribution to the world and build a better future. It has been brought to life with help from our graphic recorder, Glenn Stephenson and talented executive producer, Will Tait. This is something to reflect on as 2020 comes to a close and you think about your aspirations for next year and beyond...... https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=U0VBpDtPx5w #dalailama #wisdom #happiness #betterfuture #purposedriven #contributing #meaningfulconnections
