24.01.2022 WHAT IS THE NUMBER 1 CAUSE OF MAKING A DECISION YOU WILL REGRET? This is something you would have suffered at some point in your life and often following the ba...d choice would have been thoughts such as, "I knew it! I knew I shouldn't have done that!" You had a gut feeling, but went with what seemed "right" or what others thought you should do, but what unfolded did not make you happy or bring the desired result. To prevent making poor choices, it is so important to be aware of: 1. What/who is influencing your decision making process, 2. What are the potential ramifications and outcomes of your options, and 3. Whether or not they will be good for you and what you wish to achieve. Making a good or right decision requires that you know yourself and care enough about yourself to do what is best for who you are. Even if your decision is about someone else, you still need to be at peace and feel ok about how you considered them. It can make you feel good and happy to honor your loving self and do something to benefit another, but if you compromise yourself in the process it may not be a wise choice. Putting others before yourself can leave you drained, resentful and feeling unappreciated, which in turn leads to bitterness. Our mind will influence our decisions with thoughts about comfort, ease, opinions of others, social acceptance, survival, safety, and logic. This is contrary to the heart, which will be considering what is loving, supportive, helpful, enriching, expansive, joyful and aligns with your truth. Our intuition is directed by the heart and always is aware of what is best for us, whereas the mind is thinking of what the external world wants from us. The difference is highlighted by who benefits- you or someone/thing else. To make good choices, always feel from your heart and trust your gut feeling. It may be less comfortable, but the outcome will make it worthwhile. Never compromise yourself to keep others happy or to fulfill expectations. You didn't come here for the benefit of others, you came for your own growth and experience. It may seem selfish, but when you honor yourself you will find more love and joy to share, which will in turn benefit others. Remember you are important too and deserve to benefit from your choices more than anyone or anything else. You are a wise and intuitive being, so listen to your heart and you will never regret your decisions.

18.01.2022 THE POWER OF A PENDULUM FOR DOING READINGS: Pendulums are simply a symmetrical weighted object that can hang from your finger tips via chain, cord or thread; bu...t through the practice of Dowsing you can find many answers. Dowsing is an ancient type of divination employed in locating or pinpointing a particular subject, such as water, missing items, ley lines, energy grids, etc. In these situations dowsing rods or forked branches can be used. In the context of a psychic reading, the pendulum becomes a conduit for energy and a reader's tool for discerning information. Pendulums can made from stone, crystal, wood, metal or anything that can be fashioned into a balanced shape. The type of pendulum you choose is best selected by following your inner guidance and beliefs. To dowse it is essential for the reader to remain in their "sacred neutral" so not to influence the movement of the pendulum, then by interpreting the movements, the reader can use dowsing to get yes/no responses to questions or use dowsing charts for specific inquiries. e.g. You can hover the pendulum over a chart of vitamins and minerals to establish which ones are deficient in your body, or, you can use the pendulum over a house plan to locate missing items. 16.01.2022 The Mystery of Psychometry Psychometry involves the divination of facts or impressions about a person through having contact with an object that belongs to them.... This may seem strange to understand how this can be done, but in actual fact, it is quite simple to explain. When a person is in constant contact with an item, over time the item will absorb their energy and hold it for a period. A Reader can then hold the object and through the power of their intention, they can connect with the energy of the owner and receive messages or impressions. I have used this method as a part of my readings since I began 27 years ago, and I always find this to be interesting and accurate for the client. I simply hold an item like a ring, a watch or even their purse/wallet, and tune into their energy through the item. My intent is to always bring through information that is uplifting, helpful and practical for the client. For me, the information comes through visions and feelings because they are my strongest psychic senses. I pass on exactly what I see and feel in its pure form for the client to discern. 05.01.2022 SLOW & STEADY WINS THE RACE! For the past three years my body has been going through a huge journey. After relocating to beautiful Port Fairy I realised how un...fit I had become over the past 17 years of standing behind a shop counter, so I joined a local bootcamp group. Three times a week I would drag my lazy arse out of bed at 5am so I was awake at 6 to exercise, and then for months I pushed through the experience of feeling fat, useless, embarrassed and physically uncomfortable. I got so strong through that time and was proud to out-do my daughters in an exercise session. It gave me the confidence to pursue a relationship and feel good about my 57yr old body. Then out of the blue, mid last year, I experienced an infection in my lower back which threatened my life. I came out of hospital with a walking frame and could barely move my legs because of intense pain. I spent 6 months recovering and to this day, am still dealing with residual damage and arthritis as a consequence. I'm left with a limp and continual pain. I persevered with bootcamp with kind support from my instructor but never got back to the pre-infection fitness before Covid struck. Our classes were cancelled and for a time we did sessions online, but that eventually phased out. Next thing I'm told I need surgery on my left foot which would have me with my foot up again for two months, and navigating my internal stairs in crutches again. So here I am now, weighing heavier than I ever have in my life, coping with pain and being unfit, plus the mental challenge of what I have been through. I was watching the walkers and joggers go by my home this morning and I grieved my loss of fitness and health. My inner voice said, "Donna go ride your bike!" I had bought a second hand bike recently as a means of exercising while keeping the weight off my hip and foot, and there it sat in my garage. So this morning I went for my first ride. I donned the lycra pants and helmet and off I rode, a little unsteady and over cautious. As I rode along the rail trail I was practising gratitude and positive thinking, and asking Spirit for guidance. Suddenly I noticed the many snails who were crossing the sealed pathway and took care to avoid running over them. I heard a voice say "Slow and steady wins the race." This timely message was reminding me that I have to give my body time and be patient in order to get results. Like the snails I have to have faith that I will get to the other side of my situation, but also as they allowed themselves to be vulnerable to predators out in the open, I have to recognise and nurture my own vulnerabilities, and stop being so hard on myself. I was so grateful for this message from the snails, and today I choose to be patient, allow whatever time is needed and have faith and trust that I will get to the other side of this. We are all on a path of learning and I hope you are trusting whatever process you are currently going through. The more we experience, the wiser we become. The wiser we become, the greater the teachings we can offer. Thank you Great Spirit. Thank you my Beautiful Soul.

03.01.2022 PHOTO READING FOR INSIGHT They say, The eyes are the window to the Soul and it is so true when it comes to doing readings. .. I’m sure you know yourself that ...you can tell a lot about a person by looking at their face, especially at their eyes, but unless you know the person really well, you would tend not to look in their eyes, as it is a very personal thing to do and many people would not be comfortable with you doing that. Whether you are conscious of it or not , you gather a great deal of insight into how a person is feeling and the truth of what they are expressing through their non-verbal communications, such as body language and facial expressions. You know that if a person is telling you something, but they can’t look you in the eyes, then there is a good chance that they are keeping something from you or not being honest with the information or about themselves. This is because we all have innate psychic ability and do see the truth when we look into someone’s eyes- it is hard for them to hide it. Many indigenous cultures consider it bad manners to look someone in the eye, because you can read the truth of their Soul and maybe they don’t want to show you or give you permission to access such personal information. It is possible to read from a photo, because at the moment when the image is taken, some of the energy of the subject is captured by the camera. You will notice that animals often react when you take their photo because they are more sensitive to energies. It is also considered to be a negative thing when someone burns your photo because they are destroying part of your energy that was contained in the image. When reading from a photo, you can draw insight and information about a person by looking at their face and focussing on their eyes. By doing so you connect to their energy and can intuitively feel what was going on for them at the time, but also feel what is happening in the present moment. When I do a reading from a photo, I am very mindful not to delve into another person’s business without their permission, so I am respectful with the information I share. 03.01.2022 HOW DO YOU SEE THE GOD/DESS OF ALL CREATION? Look in the mirror! You are full of "Shm" (pronounced shim) which is the Ancient Arabic word that represents the c...reation/source energy that resides in everything. When you have children they are a version of you. Your DNA, your mannerisms, your beliefs, your blood type and your physical characteristics are evident. You can look at your parents and know you are of them. The same goes for our Creator- we have inherited the wonderful creative and expressive powers and limitless gifts of that Source. That same energy flows through everything else that has been created around us, and through that you are always connected to everything. The Source energy has taken the form of individual plants, animals, humans, and minerals, etc, but it is the same within all. What flows through one, flows through all. That is how you have the power to manipulate the forces to your will. By asking and believing, you conjure the energies to reflect what you are asking for, hence we were taught by Yeshua, "Ask and you will receive." Through your thoughts you are asking all of the time, so it is wise to be aware of what your thoughts are conjuring, and don't underestimate the power of your God/dess within. See more

02.01.2022 ANIMAL TOTEM READINGS - WHAT DO THEY TELL YOU? Original indigenous tribes had a close relationship with the natural world and felt a connection to all living th...ings. They particularly saw living creatures as their ancestors, guides, protectors and family, and so treated them with love, honour and respect. Though their observations of animals they learned about their habits, behaviours, qualities, strengths and limitations, which served them well for hunting, staying safe, predicting weather, finding water/food sources or understanding more about their environment. With only the natural world to refer to, if individuals wished to describe themselves, they would do so by comparing themselves to animals who also have an animated presence displaying personality, skills and behaviour. Like humans, animals also have hardships, injury or illness, parents, family groups, mates and off-spring, so they are easy to relate to. For example, an individual may say they are powerful like a horse, or cunning like a dingo. Animal totems were also adopted to represent tribal groups or families, where the animal became symbolic of the collective energy. Identifying with totems would have also provided a method of preventing in-breeding amongst groups that lived in close proximity to each other, much like having a family or surname to be distinguished by. Totems can provide inspiration and motivation. They give the individual a role model to follow as a guide to mimic and learn from, and also demonstrate what one can aspire too. Every animal can teach us and not one animal is more revered than another, because like us, they all have their gifts and their place in the world. I have been doing Totem Readings for over 25years. When you are given your totem, it stays true for your whole life, so you can only be given your totem once as it doesn’t change. The animals represent what you are mastering about yourself as you go through your life journey, so the order in which you select the cards is very important, as each card relates to a period of time in your life. Clients are always amazed at how accurately the Totem reading describes their personality. The reading helps individuals know their talents, qualities and also self-sabotaging traits. The purpose is to know how to have balance within each personal trait so you have full mastery of self. The deck of cards used can reflect animals from any continent, as most have counterparts in other countries. E.g. The dingo can also relate to the coyote, the porcupine to the echidna. Some animals such as the horse, crow, rabbit, and frog are worldly in their presence. My Medicine Cards that were gifted to me in 1996 reflect American animals, but I love their images and still use them in my readings to this day, though I do have Australian animal decks as well. Doing a totem reading is easy and does not require special skills, but one must put effort into learning the information and stories of each animal in the deck. Animal cards decks can also be used for reading into everyday situations, relationships and life journey experiences. 02.01.2022 How can you read the Future with a Crystal Ball? Crystal Ball Gazing, also known as Scrying, is an ancient practice of using the crystal ball’s surface to psych...ically see visions or impressions of future or distant events. This compliments and is a tool for anyone with clairvoyant abilities, as it is a form of seeing. It’s not necessary to use a sphere, as any shiny flat surface on a crystal or the surface of water can act as a projector screen. Crystal balls are often associated with gypsies and fortune-tellers, but they can now be an attractive display piece in a home, a useful healing tool or a powerful conduit for psychic messages. Like all things in Creation, crystals have energy and consciousness. How and where they were formed in the earth, the time period, and by which forces of nature, will all impact the type of energy contained in the crystalline structure and the qualities it possesses. To choose a crystal ball, all one needs is have an intention for its use and then follow one's inner guidance, e.g. You can ask which one is appropriate for you to work with or which one best suits the purpose of healing/reading, etc. I often have felt that sometimes the crystal chooses who it wants to work with. Size has no consequence on its effectiveness. When you connect with your sphere, it will then become like a projector screen for your higher knowing. Whatever you are asking, the crystal will serve as a mirror and reflect back at you what your Higher Self or Soul already knows. Through you, information may also be channeled from Higher Sources (like Spirit Guides) and then shown to you in visions and images. To receive it is essential to tap into the imagination and not judge or question what is shown. Just allow! There is no limit to what you may ask, but I advise against prying into other people’s business without their permission, as there can be consequences. In time, and with practice, you will learn to discern the signs and symbols shown to you, as the message may be cryptic and not as clear or definite as you prefer. It is different for everyone and because of this you can’t just be told by another how to read your own visions. Don’t have an expectation of how it should work. The visions you receive may be shown in your own Third Eye or inner thoughts rather than on the surface of the sphere, or, you may feel the knowing through your other senses. Each way of receiving is just as valid as the others. You must find YOUR WAY. The key prerequisites for scrying with a crystal ball and working with your Intuition are faith, trust, good intent and an open heart.
