08.01.2022 The Power of Meditation Before I left for my trip to Everest Base Camp, my greatest fear was that my knees wouldn’t last. That i’d either get too much pain, or re-injure myself. Instead of feeding into the worry by giving it my time and energy, I meditated. Every night a few months before I left, I would sit with my hands on my knees, moving them to my legs, and to my feet eventually; visualising them carrying me up mountains. I would imagine how pain free and strong they were, and how incredible it felt to not be restricted by them in any way. The mind is so incredible, and it is virtually limitless to what you can visualise yourself achieving. #limitless
