12.01.2022 We sincerely hope everyone is safe and well after the significant weather event we've just experienced. As of 9am this morning we are still unable to reach the airport, the picture says it all. We are expecting disruptions to business this week and we have no doubt that our valued customers and staff will fully understand, given the severity of what the region has just experienced. An update will be provided as soon as possible. Take care everyone!

10.01.2022 A massive well done and congratulations to this young man, Lachlan M! At 15 years old, Lachlan can't even drive a car yet, but today he went 1st solo in the Tecnam with just 12.4 hours of dual training. Lachlan is a student at a local high school, and we are sure his school community will be proud. Both instructors (Anthony & Pete) have enjoyed teaching Lachlan and we certainly look forward to helping you achieve your ultimate goal of becoming a professional pilot. The EAS team are proud of your achievement today!

09.01.2022 Airport Update - Good news today! The airport is accessible, although there are some road works in progress on Boundary Street to repair the road. Fortunately the airport was spared the worst of it, a bit of a clean up was needed and that was it. The EAS team got stuck into it and it was done in no time. EAS Flight Training will be resuming normal operating hours as of Monday 29th March, 2021. We look forward to seeing you all again.

03.01.2022 Save the date! EAS Flight Training is planning a fly-away on the 15th and 16th of May, 2021 to Palmer's Island (Maclean). The airstrip is a bit over an hour north of Port Macquarie, so you can stay for the day or stay overnight, the choice is yours. For those planning to stay, accommodation suggestions are Moby Dick or Blue Dolphin. EAS Flight Training is looking to fill as many aircraft as possible with students, or pilots wishing to hire aircraft. For students, it will be ...a great opportunity to experience cross-country and controlled airspace over the top of Coffs Harbour (with an instructor).
