10.01.2022 Practice of Massage The practice of massage can take many different forms depending on the required outcome. EaseBack has a variety of massage styles to meet your needs. The majority of patients I see in my practice have come because they are seeking answers to their discomfort/pain. This may mean having symptoms one day and not the next. Many will have already received several different forms of treatment, with varying degrees of success.... Remedial Specialist EaseBack specialises in Remedial Muscle Therapy. Remedial is not your classical massage. The Remedial Masseur uses the sensitivity of their fingers and thumbs to palpate fibrotic knots often found throughout the deep spinal muscles in the back and manipulates the soft tissue of the body to elicit a change. My approach combines and extends many elements of already accepted clinical practice to alleviate the pain of headaches and the burning knots in shoulders and back. I utilise the Onsen Technique which is a structural assessment and correction which aims to restore balance and symmetry. Onsen is a safe and effective technique I use to target body structures, a systematic non-manipulation low-force, soft tissue work. Only when bones, joints, and muscles are working smoothly and harmoniously can other systems of the body function at their best.
